  1. This article is excellente. I Like it. I agree with scientists who say that the fifty percentaje of our happiness is biologically determined. However, I believe that people can change their behaviour if they aren’t happy with themselves. How people can find the happiness? They can help needy people and be grateful for what they have. Also, they can spend more time with their friends and practice some sport like football. Moreover, people can get the happiness if they are in contact with the nature.

  2. I don’t think happiness is complete because everybody has got problems. In case we don’t have a problem, we look for some. Happiness is difficult to reach because most people look the worst side of things and they don’t think positively. Everybody searches for happiness. We try to improve our lives, but being happy? That depends on each person and the way you consider your life.

  3. My idea of happiness is personal. In my opinion we should live day by day. We mustn’t be sad when we have got problems. We mustn’t be unhappy because everybody has had bigger problems in their lives. You don’t have to worry about an exam, for example, since it has a solution. We should enjoy our lives because life doesn’t repeat.

  4. After reading all of these fragments about happiness, how to reach it, benefits of feeling happy… I can say that, obviously, is pretty more beneficial for our health, our objectives, our social life and ultimately for our welfare, feeling happy. Nevertheless, this isn’t always easy, since as it says in the text, apart from problems that life puts on our way, we put more obstacles to be happy like not wanting to have close relationships with the purpose of not being dependant on others, comparing ourselves with other people…
According to my point of view, happiness is not momentary, but it’s a construction of all the happy and pleasant moments of our life. And it’s based not only on the achievement of our objectives (earning a lot of money, getting the job of our dreams or having three children), it’s also based on those unplanned moments in which we may have met someone special or we were comfortable with ourselves.
Nobody has a fully happy life or totally sad one, so maybe we can determine if we had a happy life making a balance between the bad moments and the happy ones, which of these moments have had more weight throughout our lives and have been more relevant in them.
